It is an offence to attempt to enter a football stadium whilst drunk or whilst in possession of alcohol. It is also a criminal offence to carry pyrotechnic devices in public, attempt to enter a football stadium with them and to ignite them in a public place or within a Stadium.
As a result of the use of pyrotechnics at our away match against Ross County on 22nd February 2025, two individuals have been identified as being in possession of pyrotechnics and have received a club banning order. This is an ongoing investigation by Police Scotland, Ross County and Dundee FC.
Dundee FC reminds all supporters of the very real risks and dangers involved in bringing pyrotechnics to the stadium. It is now specifically illegal to do so and if detected you are liable to be at best ejected from the stadium and at worst arrested and charged. Sanctions will undoubtedly follow from the Club, which will include a ban from attending matches and buying tickets for any match which is being sold by the Club.
The club reminds all supporters that it is strictly prohibited to encroach onto the field of play during a football match. Encroaching the pitch is not permitted in any circumstances at any football stadium.
